Based in our Dubai Headquarters, the Marketing Assistant is the organizational and communicative backbone supporting our global marketing operations. You will be instrumental in executing tasks that drive our international retail launches in NYC, London, and beyond. This dynamic role requires a go-getter who can seamlessly transition between confident outbound telecalling, utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT and Canva AI) for social media execution, and managing daily office coordination.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, telecalling, or high-level office administration. - Highly confident outbound calling skills with excellent, professional English communication. - Strong familiarity with social media marketing ecosystems and modern AI productivity tools. - Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple administrative priorities without breaking a sweat. - Flexible approach to working hours to effectively support our international branches.
